Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Clients who no-show for a scheduled appointment or do not notify in advance will be billed for the FULL price of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, however this is to be determined at the practitioner's discretion.
If a cancellation fee or no show fee is not paid, the outstanding balance MUST be paid in FULL before ant future appointments can be scheduled.
Sessions begin and end on time. If you arrive late for any reason, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
